Using ExamView tests in Blackboard

I greatly prefer using ExamView to create tests. The interface is quick and efficient for me compared to Blackboard. Also, some course materials I use don't come with Blackboard test banks. On the other hand, I much prefer using Blackboard to administer and grade tests. The security and administration is better and it allows for students to review test results in more useful and configurable way.

We have an ExamView v5 database with questions and a Blackboard 7.x environment. ExamView 5 only exports up to Bb v6.x. If I make an export to Bb6.x (a zip file resulting), I cannot import the file in de pool manager of Bb.

Do you have experience with this too? Any help is welcome.
