Fall Quarter – The Good, the Bad, the Ugly…

Fall is my favorite season. I love the promise of fresh starts and abundance. Every September I get back-to-school butterflies and an almost-irresistible urge to buy myself new shoes. Just took a phone call in the library from a student who was at home trying to figure out where to put in her username and password "to use the BTC website" (her description). It took me awhile to realize that she thought she had to go to BTC's site, then to the Library's pages to do work assigned to her by her instructor (through Sharepoint).
